PURPOSE:To obtain the subject magnetized composition, containing a rubber-like polymer, softener, crosslinking agent, foaming agent and magnetic powder, etc., in a specific proportion and excellent in mounting operating efficiency, mounting properties, etc., of automotive, mechanical tools, etc., to metallic surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The objective magnetized composition composed of (A) 100 pts. wt. rubber-like polymer (preferably 1,2-polybutadiene, etc.), (B) 0-300 pts. wt., preferably 0-150 pts.wt. inorganic filler (preferably calcium carbonate or talc), (C) 30-500 pts. wt., preferably 50-300 pts. wt. softener (e.g. process oil), (D) 1-50 pts. wt., preferably 3-30 pts. wt. crosslinking agent (e.g. sulfur or organic peroxide), (E) 1-100 pts. wt., preferably 5-70 pts. wt. foaming agent (preferably azodicarbonamide, etc.) and (F) 20-20,000 pts. wt., preferably 300-2,000 pts. wt. magnetic powder (e.g. ferrite). |
