PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain safe and palatable carbon dioxide added water in a home by arranging the water passage part of a water pressure responsive type gas supply valve and a carbon dioxide adding part to a water passage and further arranging a pressure reducing valve and a water pressure responsive type gas supply valve to the passage of carbon dioxide from a carbon dioxide cylinder to the carbon dioxide adding part. SOLUTION: Water is passed through the water passage part in a water pressure responsive type gas supply valve 1 while chlorine, a turbidity component or the like therein are removed by a water purifier 9 and controlled to a constant flow rate by a water flow rate control part 2 composed of a constant flow rate valve and carbon dioxide is added to water in a carbon dioxide adding part 3. Carbon dioxide is reduced in pressure by the pressure reducing valve 5 attached to a carbon dioxide cylinder 4 to be passed through the carbon dioxide passage part in the water pressure responsive type gas supply valve 1 through a carbon dioxide flow rate control part 6 and a carbon dioxide passage opening and closing cock 7 and guided to the carbon dioxide adding part 3 to be added to water. Carbon dioxide added water in the carbon dioxide adding part is passed through a mineral component packed cartridge 8 using limestone to become mineral dissolved carbonated water.
