PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an object to be packaged to be normally transferred at the time of passing from a supply conveyer to a former irrespective of a nature or a type of the object, and to form a three-side seal bag having a predetermined bag length according to a longitudinal size of the object for adjusting a welded and melt position of a lateral sealer while viewing. SOLUTION: A longitudinal sealer 16 is driven by a length L of a longitudinal bag of a three-side seal bag at an equal speed to that of a supply conveyer 12 and then it is stopped, lateral sealers 17a, 17b are moved longitudinally by a moving amount for substantially satisfying an expression of Mv-|Lp-N.L|=0 (where Mv refers to a moving amount, Lp refers to a longitudinal distance between a former and the lateral sealers, N refers to a positive integer of 2 or larger, and L refers to a length of the longitudinal bag of the three-side seal bag). During a period that the longitudinal sealer 16 is stopped, the lateral sealers 17a, 17b are driven by one lateral, sealing cycle, while during a period that the longitudinal sealer 16 is driven, the lateral sealers 17a, 17b are stopped. |
