The comb and cutter has a base element (1,3) and an attached cutter element (2,4) which are made of different materials and which are joined together via an adhesive, by welding, or via coupling screws or rivets. The base element can be made of steel, aluminium, zinc, or plastics and the cutter element cam be made of ceramics, a hard metal, tempered steel and/or coated steel.
