PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid recorder which can effectively and smoothly move liquid by constituting a suction pump by a cylinder having a liquid suction port and a liquid discharge port, a piston shaft integrally movable in the cylinder and a piston having an elastic part and a protrusion part. SOLUTION: A piston 3 is movably disposed in a cylinder 1 having a suction port 5 and a discharge port 6 at both the ends. A piston elastic part 7 and a protrusion part 8 are provided at the piston 3 at the discharge port side of a piston shaft 4. The shaft 4 and the parts 7, 8 integrally move in the cylinder 1 by the driving force from a drive source. In the suction and discharge step on the way toward the top dead point of the piston, a contact part 9 of the part 7 is brought into close contact with the inner wall of the cylinder 1 by the frictional force to the inner wall of the cylinder 1 and further the pressure of the ink urged from the port 6. |
