PURPOSE:To surely refer to the cost of the highest accuracy level in a retrieving state even if the cost of products of different accuracy levels are registered into a data base at random. CONSTITUTION:A data base 10 stores the cost of different accuracy levels for each product. When the cost registering requests are received from terminals of 2-5 of each department with designated products and accuracy levels, a cost register means 11 registers the cost of the requested accuracy level into the base 10 for the requested product. When the cost reference requests are received from the terminals 2-6 with designated products, a cost reference means 12 retrieves the base 10 and returns the cost of the highest accuracy level among those cost registered in response to the requested products. |
