摘要 The invention is used in the vodka industry. This invention introduces a new composition of cocktail ingredients; this composition includes the terraneous part of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale), and a mixture of water and alcohol. In addition sugar, citric acid, caramel CA-19,000WS, "Busenfreund" aroma; sweet flag (Acorus calamus); clary sage (Salvia sclarea); dill seed (Anethum graveolens); the terraneous part of mint (Mentha officinalis) are used. The ratio between the aperitif components must be as specified in this list giving ratios in kilos per 1,000 decalitres: Sugar 1,300,000-1,350,000; Citric acid 38,000-42,000; Caramel CA-19,000WS 1,800-3,000; "Busenfreund" aroma 1,000-1,400; sweet flag (Acorus calamus) 0.050-0.150; Terraneous part of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) 0.010-0.030; clary sage (Salvia sclarea) 0.540-0.740; coriander (Coriandrum satluvum) 0.700-0.900; Ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale) 0.300-0.500; dill seed (Anethum graveolens) 0.500-0.700; Terraneous part of mint (Mentha officinalis) 0.540-0.740; a mixture of water and alcohol - quantity left to 1,000 decalitres. Properties of the aperitif: potency - 22%; colour - light yellowish; taste - slightly burning, sweetly sour; aroma - harmonious, typical of wine; biologic properties - improves the performance of digestive organs, increases general tone.
