摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a fluororesin-coated elastic roll in which a boundary peeling, adhesive collapse do not occur during using and which can increase its life due to excellent stress crack resistance. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin-coated elastic roll is formed by forming a silicone rubber elastic layer on a roll-like core, providing an adhesive layer made of addition reaction type self-adhesive silicone rubber thereon and then coating an outermost layer with fluororesin of tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer having 2.0 or less of melt flow rate (ASTMD 2116).
