摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the remaining life of a gas turbine stationary blade in a trend managing manner of crack and growth by considering the distribution shape of the cracks based on data base by making the base from the occurring state of the cracks observed and recorded at the time of periodic inspections. SOLUTION: The stationary blade is partially divided into several sites according to the damage data obtained by the past periodic inspections, the crack occurring states at the respective sites are obtained, and the data are classified to typologic data based on the result to make the database. The crack distribution observed at the blade during operating is retrieved from the database obtained by classifying the past data to typologic data of similar crack distribution, and the damage and remaining life of the blade to be detected at present are estimated by the extracted damage history of the blade.</p>
