PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receiving and distribution facilities equipped with a circuit for preventing the nonoperation of an LBS (high-voltage air load breaker). SOLUTION: In a power receiving and distributing facilities which receive power from a power company through a power receiving line and supplies the power to a load and which are equipped with a grounding protection circuit which detects the earth current of the power receiving line by means of an earth relay 3 and automatically opens a highvoltage aerial load switch 1, the power supply start time of the said earth relay 3 is delayed at the time of remaking the high-voltage air load breaker 1 in grounding condition. Hereby, the influence of the burning of the LBS trip coil by operation trouble or an accident can be prevented.
