摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and highly accurate light source device small in the number of components, capable of bonding a collimator lens with photosetting adhesive, without causing any positional deviation at assemblage, less in temperature rising of the device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a base 3, a semiconductor laser 2, the collimator lens 4 and an aperture forming member 5. Then, a lens supporting part 3d whose diameter is slightly larger than the peripheral circle of the collimator lens 4 and whose cross section is circular arcuate is formed integrally with the base 3 so that it may be concentric to the optical axis of the semiconductor laser 2, and the collimator lens 4 is bonded and fixed to the lens supporting part 3d with an ultraviolet photosetting adhesive 8, and also, an insulating resin material whose linear expansion coefficient in the optical axis direction is <=2.3×10<-5> /K and whose heat conductivity is >=0.9W/m.K is used as the base 3.
