<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the preparation of a processing flow performing the indication guidance of operation to an operator in a process for executing measurement and to enable the accurate guidance matched with the skill degree of the operator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of display messages 56 registered so as to be allowed to correspond to the task 53 corresponding to each process or work are displayed on a detailed setting work region 51 performing the detailed setting of the task 53 in the processing flow 54 displayed on the processing flow work region 50 on a display screen. A user selects the proper display massage from a plurality of the display messages 56 to determine the display message during execution of the task. When the proper display massage is not registered, the user may prepare a novel message or correct the existing message to select the same. The indication data of the prepared/edited message or the like is registered and can be used as one of choices at the time of preparation of the processing flow on and after.
