PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an anext sheet while molding the same and shorten a molding cycle enhance the productivity. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for molding a three-dimensional molded product from a thermoplastic resin sheet or a fiber reinforced composite sheet containing a thermoplastic resin as a main constitutional material, the preheater D of the thermoplastic resin sheet is provided and a next sheet is preheated by the preheater D while the thermoplastic resin sheet is molded in a heating and molding part E to perform thermal molding in a continuous cycle.
