PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the burst or damage of a bent bellows hose by prescribing the excessive expansion thereof by providing a connection member having flexibility holding respective annular members at a predetermined interval so as to oppose the openings of them to each other. SOLUTION: Since a demolding jig 5a is constituted so that flexible connection members 7a are interposed between rigid tubular members 6, it can be externally fitted to a bent bellows hose 1b held by an inner corer 2b along the bent shape thereof while deformed. Thereafter, an air injecting inner cylinder 10 is inserted into the gap between the bellows hose 1b and the inner core 2b from the unfixed other end side of the inner core 2b and compressed air is injected into the gap to expand the bent bellows hose 1b to extract the same. Since the outer periphery of the expanded bent bellows hose 1b is prescribed by the annular members 6 of the demolding jig 5a, the hose is not expanded further largely. |
