The swivelling rotor bearing surface has a radial and centrifugal bearing surface profile design and spoiler rim. The rotary bearing seat has sector components that give it support and the sector components of the bearing seat have a setting frame and an angle of incidence that are singularly and entirely adjustable. The profile of the bearing seat is both radial and centrifugal. The accelerated air mass of the fan or the acceleration plate can be such that the deflector rim (4) and the deflector (5) move. The opposite movement of the rotary bearing surface may cause a thrust motion.
