PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of reducing the possibility of inadvertently cancelling measures to cope with a situation in the case of already detecting the fullness of waste toner(1), the possibility that the fullness of the waste toner is inadvertently shown when the fullness of the waste toner is not detected yet(2) and the possibility that time for detecting the fullness of the waste toner lags when the fullness of the waste toner is not detected yet(3) even in the case the cleaning device is taken out from an image forming device main body for the purpose of maintenance and it is attached again. SOLUTION: The quantity of the waste toner is detected by a blade member(floating member) provided so as to rotate with the increase of the waste toner, a cam member 584(member to be engaged) rotating interlocked with the rotation of the blade member and having a slit 584b, and a flag member 585 having a projected part 585C abutting on the peripheral surface of the cam member 584, capable of being moved up and down and pulled in an upward direction(fullness detecting direction) by a spring 586. At the time of detecting the fullness of the waste toner, the projected part 585c is engaged with the slit 584b and locked. |
