PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delicately wait on a customer operating an automatic teller machine. SOLUTION: An automatic teller machine 1 and a terminal for a teller 7 are wired through LAN 6, and cameras 3, 9 and hand sets 4 and 10 are provided and wired in the neighborhood of the respective machine 1 and terminal 7. At the time of connecting the machine 1 and the terminal 7 based on customer information from a card inserted to the machine 1 by the user, the respective videos of the customer and the teller are inputted from each camera 3 and 9 to display the video of the teller on the display part 2 of the machine 1 and the video of the customer on CRT 8 of the terminal 7 and to allow the teller to wait on the customer by means of each hand set 4 and 10 in this network. |
