<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately and surely execute the contact detection of an article to be contacted by a simple structure. SOLUTION: Detection of contact with respect to an article 40 to be contacted is made by virtue of variation of a characteristic of a mechanical filter 20 made of a constant elasticity material due to the contact of a contact element 21 or 22 at a tip section of a part of a vibrator of the mechanical filter 20 with the article 40. Thereby, the material of the article 40 which may be subjected to the contact detection is not limited to a conductive material and, even when it is an insulator or the like, the contact detection is readily and surely executed.</p> |
