Disclosed are substituted thiophenylalkenycarboxylic acids guanidides of general formula (I), wherein the substituents R1 to R5 have the meaning stated in disclosure, they are important anti-arrhythmically effective medicaments with cardioprotective component and are remarkably suitable in prevention and treatment of heart attack and angina pectoris, whilst also preventively inhibit or intensively reduce pathophysiological processes in occurrence of ischemically induced damages, particularly in occurrence of ischemically induced heart arrhythmias.
