PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a remote monitor to control a probe transmission level, a probe reception gain and a probe information transmission level of the underwater probe to be respectively a proper value. SOLUTION: An underwater probe transmitter 6 and a probe information transmitter 8 of a remote control underwater probe 1 are configured to make their transmission level variable, a gain and a time variable gain(TVG) characteristic of an underwater probe receiver 7 are designed to be variable and the probe 1 is provided with a control signal wave receiver 5 and a transmission reception controller 4. Then a control signal is extracted to control the transmission level, the reception gain and the TVG characteristic and an ultrasonic wave control signal sent from the remote monitor is received by the control signal wave receiver 5 and converted into an electric signal and it is sent to the transmission reception controller 4, which is controlled from the remote monitor. |
