摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate a work for adjusting traffic fares and behavior certification when an employee returns by allowing the employee to call from his going-out destination to automatically register his behavior contents to the side of a managing device 1 so as to manage the working situation when the worker goes out. SOLUTION: A data base 6 stores the name, the address and the telephone number of the destination of an employee relatedly to each other and stores information recognizing the voiceprint of the employee. A communication part 3 receives a speech request with a telephone number through a public line 1 and sets calling. A telephone number recognition part 4 extracts a telephone number from the speech request with the telephone number through the public line 1 to specify a corresponding going-out destination by means of the data base 6. A voice recognition part 5 retrieves the data base 6 based on voice generated by a speaking person after setting the calling and specifies the employee's name. A work start/end control device registers the name and the destination of the employee in the data base 6 together with the time of calling and manages them.
