PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card reduced in its power consumption and allowed to be used even when power supply voltage applied from an information processor is different from the operation voltage of a memory integrated circuit. SOLUTION: The memory card 11 provided with a DRAM integrated circuit 14 to be driven by 3.3V and connected to the information processor for impressing 3.3V or 5V voltage as operation voltage at the time of accessing data is provided with a power supply voltage control circuit 12 for outputting 3.3V voltage based upon voltage impressed from the information processor and an I/O buffer 13 arranged between the information processor and the integrated circuit 14 and capable of receiving the supply of 3.3V voltage from the circuit 12 and mutually converting the signal voltage of the received signal so as to input/output the signal between the processor and the circuit 14. |
