<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply provide a flanged piping coupling in which a flange is close attached to a pipe without backlash at low cost. SOLUTION: In a flanged piping coupling for connecting a pipe 5 to a cover body 7 by inserting the pipe 5 into an opening 8 formed on the cover body 7 and fixing a flange 1 to be attached to the pipe 5 to the cover body 7, the pipe 5 is inserted into a through hole 2 provided on the flange 1, the end on the cover body side 7 of the pipe 5 is extended into the specified dimension and brought in pressure contact with a large-diameter part 3 of the through hole 2, and an expanded part 5b to be brought in contact with a small diameter part 4 of the through hole 2 is formed. An extended pipe part 5a is formed on the pipe 5 and brought in pressure-contact with the through hole 2 of the flange 1 in one process in which a punch for molding is moved, and the expanded part 5b is formed and brought in pressure contact with it.</p> |
