PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixing structure and device of a parking brake operation part excellent in an installation workability, on the fixing structure and device of the parking brake operation part. SOLUTION: A parking brake operation part 20 is inserted in a pentagon shape opening 44 whose cover body 28 is installed on the vehicular floor pan 43 and installed on a vehicle. When the parking brake operation part 20 is installed, a claw part 40 is arranged in the lower side of a triangle shape part 44b by moving to the rear side of a vehicle after inserting to the rectanglar part 44a of the opening 44. By engaging both ends of the claw parts 40 with both edges of the triangle shape part 44b of the opening 44, the falling of the parking brake operation part 20 to the front side of the vehicle is prevented and it is dispensed that an assembly worker holds the parking brake operation part 20. |
