PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the control of meshing a pawl with the ratchet tooth of a frame. SOLUTION: A retractor meshing mechanism for obstructing the rotation of a shaft for a frame is installed eccentrically for the shaft and also rotated along with this shaft and provided with a movable pawl 7 onto the meshing position with the ratchet tooth of the frame. A lock gear 4 can be rotated along with the shaft selectively. For example, when this lock gear 4 rotated along with the shaft by a sensor mechanism is locked, the pawl 7 is turned to a meshing position by a cam follower device arranged between the lock gear 4 and the pawl 7. A balance mass 10 installed turnably and coaxially with the shaft and independently is installed so as to give a torgue against the movement to the meshing position to the pawl 7 and thereby, the meshing of the pawl 7 with the ratchet tooth is delayed. |
