<p>A decorative film or sheet having a laminated structure comprising a surface layer, a bonding agent layer and a picture layer, or a laminated structure comprising a surface layer, a bonding agent layer, a picture layer and a substrate, characterized in that the surface layer of the decorative film or sheet comprises a resin obtained by mixing (A) 100-60 wt.% of a substantial homopolymer of propylene having specified pentad fraction, peak melting temperature and melting enthalpy, and (B) 0-40 wt.% of thermoplastic elastomer copolymer with each other; and a building material having a surface layer comprising this resin. A laminated decorative film or sheet having high transparency and hardness of a surface layer, a high capability of being bent, V-cut, lapped and vacuum molded and no scrapping problems, and a building material having a high thermal resistance, a high weather resistance, a high abrasion resistance, a feeling of softness and environment-friendliness can be easily obtained.</p> |
