The tool is also for use with concrete, wood etc. It has a one-piece plastics stem containing a lengthwise drilling extending to the forward end and on which are peripheral sealing beads forming anchoring devices to the wall of the bore. There is a screw-thread (9) on the rear end of the stem (2), for coupling to a nipple-head (5) etc. The beads (4a) nearest to the forward insertion end (3) can contain openings (11), particularly gaps, allowing flow in the reverse direction, and typically formed by V-shaped notches. Each bead can contain two opposite openings, and the nipple-head can be made of plastics and in one piece, having a union nipple (6), an external hexagon portion (7), an annular collar (8), a lengthwise through drilling and an internal screw-thread.
