PURPOSE:To use the image processing system of one system, to simplify the constitution of a device and to attain cost-down by setting data to a matrix operating circuit and executing an optimum color correcting to the both of a computer graphic image and a person image at the time of the color correcting of the person image. CONSTITUTION:The image of a person 10 image picked-up by a color TV camera 12 is A/D converted 13 per color, separated per color to a frame memory 14 and stored. To a floppy 15, a CG image generated by a digitalizer, etc., is stored and the image is inputted to a controller 16. This memory 14, the respective colors of the person image of the controller 16 and the CG image are sent to a look-up table memory 18 to color-correct and a color correcting is executed. A color correcting circuit 19 to input the output of this memory 18 uses a matrix operating system 1 to the person image and the CG image and a color correcting to raise saturation is executed. R, G and B in the system 1 are obtained as image signals, R0, G0 and B0 are obtained as image signals before the color correcting and a1-a3, b1-b3 and c1-c3 are obtained as correcting coefficients.
