PURPOSE:To reduce the operating quantity of the above device to shorten a working hour required for disassembling by disassembling steel materials through the incline elevating motion of a depiler device, the slight reciprocating and the reversal motion of a reversal device. CONSTITUTION:Piling materials KP combined in line with the required numbers of steel materials K are displaced upwards by using the inclining face of a depiler device 1 which inclines upwards in a conveying direction and then only the steel materials K on the top of the piling materials KP is displaced upwards and put on a reversal device 4 as a taking-out functioning body and the steel material K is taken out by the reversal device 4. Next, only the steel material K at the top end is put on the reversal device 4 to be taken out by the reversal device 4 while the piling materials KP displaced upwards are descending.
