PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain persimmon powder preservable for a long period without losing persimmon's active ingredients and flavor. SOLUTION: First, harvested persimmons are cut fine to granules and sun- dried. Thereafter, the dried granules are dehumidified with a dehumidifier, and frozen, and then directly milled into the objective persimmon powder. |
