The device is pressurised by compressed air and comprises at its base an under bell (15) extended by a hollow tube (10) welded to a steel structure (17). The steel structure comprises an enclave (4) which receives a hollow half ball joint which is extended by a telescopic arm (1) with a re-entrant tube ended by a clamp. The under bell has a mechanism which is activated by locking a lock (6). The lock pushes a rubber membrane (7) which moves an angled stop (8). The stop then pushes a hollow bevelled needle (5) which penetrates the compressed air bottle orifice. The compressed air jet thus freed operates the tipping pressure reverser (13) which causes a half rotation of the bell. The hollow structure also enables retraction of the under bell as far as the clamp. The hard rubber (18) of the under bell undergoes a slight deformation (9) due to the vacuum, thereby ensuring suction. |
