摘要

A cross-linked polymer obtained by mixing monomer compounds respectively represented by general formulae (I), (II), and (III) in amounts of 40 to 70 wt.%, 20 to 55 wt.%, and 5 to 40 wt.%, respectively, polymerizing the mixture and simultaneously forming the same into a film, and then treating the resultant polymer to replace the hydroxyl-protective groups represented by A in the formula with hydrogen atoms, and an artificial model skin membrane which comprises the cross-linked polymer and is similar to the human skin in permeability to various drugs.
