Flue for domestic heater, passing through sloping roof

The opening in the roof of a building is for a small chimney for a domestic heater. The flue inside the building consists of a vertical pipe (6) inside a hollow column (2) made of specially shaped blocks (1). There is an anchor plate (8) held in place by screws (9) near the top of this column. The top of the column is cut at an angle (4) and an angled plate with a hemispherical bulge (19) rests on top of it and acts as a sealing plate. There is a hole in the bulge to accommodate the continuation of the flue pipe. The anchor supports an outer pipe (11) and the there is a hood (16) covering the annular space between the inner and outer pipes at the top.
