PURPOSE:To enable single ticket collection and examination based on credit by using a card by generating single credit when a main body receives ID data on the card. CONSTITUTION:When the card identification data is inputted by a card identification data input means, single credit is generated by a credit generating means. Then a passage control means 10 performs arithmetic processing based on the single credit and the input data from the card (c) to perform single passage processing. Consequently, the single passage processing can be made to correspond to one card (a) within the communication range of the main body (a) and card (c).
