PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inter-base-station interference from occurring even if each base station has high-output. SOLUTION: A center station 3 collects Cyclically the link-busy and the traffic load of each base station from the CPU 18 of each base station. When the center station 3 finds out the base station CS2, for instance, whose link-busy load exceeds the threshold from collected data, it issues the command of transmission output reduction and carrier sense reduction to all the base stations. The CPU 18 of the base station CS1 having received this command turns an attenuator 16 into 'attenuation presence' so as to reduce the output level of a transmitted signal, and also reduces a carrier sense so as to reduce a service area, and prevents the base station from mistaking the use of the communication channel of another base sation for the use of the communication channel of the station in use. Thus, the inter-base-station interference is avoided, and always smooth communication by a mobile station is secured. |
