PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize time difference sending effectively utilizing the channel. SOLUTION: A recording time series signal obtained by mutually setting and assembling the same unit time series block signals obtained by n-dividing the time series signal of the same program and furthermore n-dividing it by n-dividing unit in a recording medium. Then at the time of broadcasting the program of 120min by using four channels a compressed time difference signal read by quadruple speed itself is sent to a communication line, and a reception side separate-processes a multiplexed time difference signal to obtain the time difference signal for four channels. At the time of four-channel multiplexing, the same program is broadcasted from its start at the interval of 120/4=30min. Consequently a desired program can be watched from its start after waiting 30min. As the portion of four channels are multiplex-transmitted, the communication line is effectively utilized to multi-channel-transmit plural programs. |
