<p>PURPOSE:To generate a radar image without without giving a radio wave fault to the periphery by bringing selectively one pseudo noise to code modulation at the time of transmission in accordance with a phase difference, and on the other hand, using selectively the other pseudo noise at the time of reception. CONSTITUTION:A pseudo noise N1 is modulated together with transmission information by a mixer 14, etc., and sent out of an antenna 20 through a transmitter 16, etc. The other pseudo noise N2 is demodulated in relation of a receiving signal, etc. which have been received through a receiver 22, etc. from the antenna 20. In case a reflected wave which has been generated at an observation object spot does not exist in the receiving signal, only the noise is obtained. On the other hand, in case the reflected wave is contained, transmitting information related to intensity and a distance of the reflection is contained in a result of demodulation, and measured by a level measuring circuit 28. By this output, a spot luminance control circuit contained in a CRT device 30 is controlled. Accordingly, a spot luminance of the CRT which is executing a time scan extending from the center to the radial direction in a state that the antenna has been turned to almost the same direction is modulated by a signal containing its demodulating signal. In such a way, the reflection quantity on a scanning line can be displayed.</p> |
