PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a door closing property without requiring any excessive door closing force so as to increase a sealing property for an interior by providing an internal pressure regulating device, by which air is controlled so as to be discharged when a door is closed for forcibly compressing a weather strip and is controlled so as to be supplied when the door is fully closed for forcibly inflating the weather strip. SOLUTION: A hollow type weather strip 3 is installed in a body 1 of an automobile, and a lip type weather strip 4 is installed in a door 2. The weather strip 3, into which air is fed from an air compressor unit A via a hose 9, is forcibly compressed when a hinge side door opening sensor detects the position in which the opened door 2 is closed and air inside the weather strip 3 is discharged. When the door 2 is fully closed (locking condition), the weather strip 3 is filled with air from the air compressor so as to be forcibly inflated, and as a result, a sufficient sealing property can be obtained by means of a reaction force of the weather strip 3. |
