<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming means for semi-cylindrical body in which forming is performed by connecting a semi-circular top plate or bottom plate to a rectangular plate for semi-circumferential surface. SOLUTION: A fixed die C is fixed to a fitting table 5 of a base 4 by a means to connect a plate in which three-folded parts are formed by folding upper and lower sides into three to a plate in which a right-angle edge part is formed by bending a semi-circumferential edge to a right angle, a parallel shaft holder 8 is fitted to a rotary shaft 7a of a rotating means 7 fitted to a top plate 6, a parallel shaft 9 is provided in a horizontally movable manner by expansion/contraction of a rod of an air cylinder 10 of the parallel shaft holder 8, a rotating means 11 is fitted to one end of the parallel shaft 9, at least one forming roll D is fitted to the rotary shaft, and the center of the fixed die C and the rotary shaft 7a are positioned on the same center line L. The fixed die C and the forming roll D are approximately positioned on the horizontal line to connect one end of a rubber belt 12 to an end part of the fixed die C and to turn the other end around the fixed die C so as to be connected attachably/detachably to a pulling means 14 of the rod of the air cylinder 13.</p> |
