SOLUTION: Recessed parts 12a are formed on both end surfaces of a rod-like light guide body 12 where numberless very fine glass beads 2 2 are mixed to be substantially uniformly distributed in the interior thereof. Thus, light entering the light guide body 12 from each LED 14 is reflected and diffused, and then diffused and radiated through the peripheral surface of the light guide body 12.
