A method for making a laminated and/or flaky and/or extruded dough comprising a continuous main strip (5) of a first dough having a width L and being transported on a conveyor belt. The method includes a step of sequentially integrating additional dough pieces (31) made of at least one second dough into the main strip (5), said additional dough pieces (11) having a higher viscoelasticity than the first dough of which the main strip (1) is made. |
