At least one side of the product comprises a single dough piece (11) integrated into the surface of the first dough and made of at least one second dough having a higher viscoelasticity than the first dough, said dough piece (11) having a closed outline and being spaced apart from the edge of the product. A method for making a laminated and/or flaky and/or extruded dough comprising a continuous main strip (5) of a first dough having a width L and being transported on a conveyor belt. The method includes a step of sequentially integrating additional dough pieces (31) made of at least one second dough into the main strip (5), said additional dough pieces (11) having a higher viscoelasticity than the first dough of which the main strip (1) is made. |
