Confocal scanning microscope

摘要

The microscope comprises a rotating disk with several fine holes, arranged at places which are conjugated with respect to an object to be observed. An optical lighting system is provided to illuminate the observed object through the holes of the rotating disk. An optical observation system guides light reflected from the illuminated object, and focuses the light to form an observation image, in a position which is conjugated with respect to the rotating disk. The holes of the rotating disk are placed in an equi-angular arrangement on a parabolic spiral.
