The invention relates to a mixing head for the counter-current injection mixing of fluids, with a mixing chamber into which the fluids to be mixed are injected towards one another through opposite mixing nozzles. Said mixing head is characterized in that there are at least two premixing chambers (2, 3), the outlets (8, 9) of which open into a mixing chamber (10) and are, in particular, arranged opposite each other there so that the fluid mixtures obtained in the premixing stage are once again injected towards each other and remixed. This mixing head is suitable in particular for mixing the various fluid initial components of reactive polyurethane systems.
