<p>Compounds represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, or solvates thereof, wherein R1 represents alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, cyano, or halogeno; R2 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, or halogeno; R3 represents hydrogen, alkyl, or amidino; and A represents optionally substituted five- to eleven-membered cyclic amino, in which two arbitrary carbon atoms may form a bridge. The compounds are useful for the prevention and treatment of cerebral tissue disorders caused by vasoconstriction after cerebral hemorrhage.</p> |
