<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sector pulse generation circuit capable of skipping only a prescribed byte in a fault occurrence part, enabling to use a remaining normal area and eliminating a fault. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 301 stores a time value for generating a sector pulse store in a first sector pulse storage part 303, and stores an offset value equivalent to the fault part in a second sector pulse storage part 305. When the offset value is loaded on the second sector pulse storage part 305, a switch part 306 selects an output of an index logic part 309, a start sector storage part 310 and a final sector storage part 311 according to that to transmit it to an adder part 307, and its addition output value is stored in a third sector pulse storage part 308. The value recorded in the third storage part 308 is inputted to a comparison part 312 to be compared with an output value by a clock pulse generation part 314 and a counter 313, and one sector pulse is generated from a sector pulse generation part 316 when both values are the same.</p> |
