PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actually usable small-sized generator provided with charging capacity and small-sized electronic equipment using it, by improving the efficiency of conversion from strain energy to electric energy, in a generator including a piezoelectric element which generates power by adding a strain. SOLUTION: This is of sandwich structure, where piezoelectric substances 22a and 22b catch both sides of a support layer 26, and a vibration piece 21 which is wider on the side of a support end 24 as compared with a free end 23 is used as a generator. Since the piezoelectric substances 22a and 22b are extended to the base part of this vibration piece 21, the strain energy can be converted efficiently into electric energy. Moreover, since a laminated structure is adopted for each piezoelectric substance 22a and 22b, a generator provided with capacitance and electromotive voltage optimum for charge can be materialized. |
