PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a film, in which no browning deterioration develops even after the spreading over a long period of time and consequently excellent in weathering resistance. SOLUTION: This film is made by laminating two sheets of vinyl chloride- base resin film, between which vinyl chloride-based resin fibers surface-treated with acrylic resin containing at least one hydroxyl group in water-soluble polymer or molecure (chain) is pinched and on one side or both sides of which acrylic resin film having the thickness of 0.5-10μm are formed.
