<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form color filters of a uniform film thickness free from unevenness in streaks and irregularity in color over the region of the entire surface of a substrate when plural color filters are produced on a large-sized substrate by a spin coating method. SOLUTION: In order to form plural color filters on a substrate 1, a black matrix and a dummy pattern are simultaneously formed by combining a pattern of the black matrix 2 and the dummy pattern 3 separately made of resin materials. Color filters are then formed on the black matrix 2 and an overcoat film is formed on the color filters and the dummy pattern 3 of color filters.</p> |
