PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually and sensuously easily understandably display an achievement degree by considering the advancing degree of a matter as the achievement degree to a specified state such as a target or the like in the card system or the like of a point service or the like. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a card 10 for achievement degree display provided with an information recording part and an information display part 4 for repeatedly rewriting visible information by external energy, a reader- writer for at least reading information to the information recording part and rewriting the visible information to the information display part for the card and a data processing means for performing the processing of the information to the information recording part and the information display part. Then, the data processing means calculates the advancing degree of the matter as the achievement degree to a target numerical value and a pattern image 5 corresponding to the calculated achievement degree is displayed at the information display part by the reader-writer.
