PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain clean energy by generating electric power by utilizing the turning force of a discoid body by installing the body on the sea while sails are installed to the top section of the body and attaching ocean current receiving plates to the bottom section of the body in a freely projectable and retreatable state and fixing an electromagnet in the body and connecting an adjacently provided generator chamber to the body. SOLUTION: A discoid body 1 is installed on the sea while two pairs of semicircular sails 2 are installed to the top section of the body 1, with one pair being directed in the normal direction and the other in the opposite direction, so that the body l can be rotated by winds. Then two pairs of semicircular ocean current receiving plates 3 are attached to the bottom section of the body 1, with one pair being direction in the normal direction and the other in the opposite direction, so that the body 1 can be rotated by ocean currents. In addition, the N-pole side of an electromagnet 5 fixed in the body 1 is directed to the north of geomagnetism by rotating the body l by making an electric current to flow to the electromagnet 5. An adjacent generator 8 generates electricity by utilizing the rotational energy of the body 1 transmitted to the generator 8. Therefore, electric power can be supplied stably in a pollution-free state. |
